GOOD EATS NO.1

I really do try to cook good food for myself. I'm not a fan of Ramen, and I get sick of Penne pasta and tomato sauce. I mean, it works in
those tough times when my fridge/pantry is literally void of anything edible, but every night? It just gets boring and whack. So I try to cook good food for myself. One of my favorite things to make is zucchini. I usually sauté it with some onions and garlic, and some mushrooms if I have 'em lying around. So that's what I did a couple weeks ago. It's that kind of meal I'll probably keep making until I die, and my kids will probably grow up on it. It's superduper easy.

So, you take some zucchini (however much you feel like cooking! Sometimes I do one, sometimes I do two, it all depends on how hungry I am and how much food is in my fridge... haha), chop it up. Then you take some mushrooms (again, as many as you like!), chop 'em up. Throw in a chopped onion and one diced clove of garlic.

Heat some oil in a pan. Add the onions, zucchini, and garlic. I like to save the mushrooms for last because I like em more on the raw-ish side. Sauté it all together. Move it around, etc etc. I add salt, pepper, and these cool Italian herbs my roommate has in our pantry.

Honestly, as I'm sure you can tell, I'm not the best at writing out recipes because I literally cook based on gut feelings and Google searches. In any case, this is one of my fave meals. You should try it.
